About
Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative exercise that has become an important part of my daily life. For over 15 years, I have been practicing this amazing ancient art. I have learned that it has many benefits, including the connection between body and mind, which can dramatically improve mental and physical health.

As a certified instructor of the Tai Chi Fundamentals®, I aim to share this gift I was given by all my past teachers, especially my late mentor, Lynne Cove. She taught me all about kindness, compassion, and Qi cultivation, which can be expressed and shared during the practice of each form.
