Tai Chi for Beginners Level 2 - Arthritis and Fall Prevention

This class builds on the foundational skills developed in Tai Chi for Beginners Level 1. It offers more challenging movements that strengthen balance, memory, and coordination while deepening students’ understanding of Tai Chi principles. Enrollment in this class requires prior completion of the full Level 1 program or equivalent instructor approval. Students will continue refining techniques and learning advanced sequences to inspire growth in both mind and body.

Discover the ancient art of Tai Chi, a comprehensive mind-body training that incorporates gentle and soft exercises to enhance balance, posture, endurance, and relaxation. Throughout the session, students will be introduced to the principles and guidelines of Tai Chi, starting with simple movements and progressing to more intricate patterns.

In this session, students will be introduced to one of the most popular simplified Tai Chi Forms. This practice will explore the essential elements of Tai Chi while retaining the principles and guidelines of longer traditional forms.

Tai Chi for Intermediates Level 2

In this session, students will expand on their training in the simplified Tai Chi Form by learning more intricate and complex movements. The focus will be on proper stances, correct posture alignment, and harnessing Qi (energy) flow. Previous training is highly recommended.
