QiGong – Moving Meditation

QiGong is an ancient Chinese practice that promotes health, mindfulness, and inner peace. During this class, students will explore relaxation techniques that reduce stress and improve awareness. These lessons will include breathing exercises plus slow, simple movements, seated or standing, suitable for people of all ages.

Tai Chi for Beginners

September 10th to October 22nd

10:00 AM to 11:00 AM

This is an introduction to the ancient art of Tai Chi. Complete mind and body training, which implements soft and gentle exercises, aims to improve balance, posture, endurance, and relaxation. Throughout the session, students will be introduced to the principles and guidelines of Tai Chi, starting with basic movements and progressing to more intricate patterns, including the Tai Chi Fundamentals® Original Program.

Tai Chi for Intermediates

September 12th to October 24th

9:00 AM to 10:00 AM

NO CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 19TH

In this session, we will practice the traditional short form, starting with basic stances and moving into slow-paced, detailed lessons. These classes will concentrate on proper stances, correct posture, and alignment.

Tai Chi for Intermediates Level 2

During this fast-paced class, we will continue training in the Traditional short form. Students will review and refine challenging movements. Previous training is highly recommended.
